Joe Montana

Joe Montana quarterbacked the San Francisco 49ers to four Super Bowl championships in the 1980s without ever throwing an interception in a Super Bowl game, earning MVP honors twice. Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000, he's widely regarded as one of the greatest quarterbacks — and clutch performers — in NFL history.

Montana and his wife, Jennifer, founded the Four Rings Montana Family Foundation in 2004 to provide educational, spiritual, and personal-growth opportunities to economically disadvantaged youth. He has also supported the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and Feeding America, and regularly hosts a charity golf tournament benefiting the Boys & Girls Club of Richmond, California. In his post-football career, Montana has channeled his competitive drive into venture capital as founder of Liquid 2 Ventures, while continuing to prioritize causes benefiting children.

Westcoast Sports Associates honored Joe Montana with the Roy Firestone Award in 2012, recognizing a championship legacy matched by a sustained commitment to underserved youth.
