Allyson Felix

Allyson Felix is the most decorated athlete, male or female, in U.S. track and field Olympic history, with 11 Olympic medals — seven of them gold — earned across five Olympic Games between 2004 and 2021. She was inducted into the USA Track & Field Hall of Fame in 2022.

After becoming a mother in 2018 and experiencing severe preeclampsia during a high-risk pregnancy, Felix became one of the most visible advocates for Black maternal health in the country, testifying before Congress on racial disparities in maternal care and helping fund research into early preeclampsia detection through her family's foundation. In 2021, she and her brother Wes co-founded Saysh, a women's footwear and lifestyle brand designed around the changing needs of women's bodies, including during and after pregnancy. She has also partnered with Athleta and the Women's Sports Foundation to fund child care grants for female athletes competing at national championships.

In 2023, Westcoast Sports Associates made Allyson Felix the first woman to receive the Roy Firestone Award, honoring both her unmatched competitive legacy and her advocacy for mothers and women athletes.
