Josh Keiles is the Executive Director of Westcoast Sports Associates, where he leads the organization’s day-to-day operations, fundraising, communications, and community partnerships to expand access to youth sports and enrichment programs across Los Angeles.

Josh brings a track record of building mission-aligned partnerships, strengthening donor relationships, and modernizing organizations through sharper storytelling, improved digital infrastructure, and stronger engagement strategies. In his role at WSA, he is focused on deepening impact with current grantee partners while growing the organization’s membership, donor base, and long-term sustainability.
