Letters from our Kids

The mission of WSA – to offer the children of the inner city the opportunity to play sports and to engage in activities that give them an alternative to the negative influences surrounding them, helping them to become better and well-rounded individuals. Since being incorporated in 1995, WSA has supported more than three dozen programs affecting the lives of more than 26,000 underprivileged kids. In the past few years alone, WSA has served 12 different parks and recreation centers and been recognized  by the City of Los Angeles, the Mayor’s office, the State of California, and many other governing bodies. But what about the kids? What do they say about the programs? … Here are a few of their letters.
